The shop just started carrying Cascade Fixation…a longtime love of mine! I don’t usually make a lot of socks, only because I don’t enjoy knitting on toothpicks or skewers! But with Fixation I can use 7’s, so I’m good to go. In fact, I think for my upcoming birthday, I’m going to make a pair of socks with matching fingerless gloves!
I’m somewhat of an oddity (like that’s a news flash! LOL!) in that I am pretty much the only person I know who does a turn heel, rather than a heel flap. Not to malign you flappers, but I just prefer the cleaner look of a nicely turned heel.
